This payment approach assures the sponsoring organizations that financial support is directly tied to the successful results or completion of the participants' activities or training. Participant & SPONSOR AGREEMENT

Program Registration

1.1. You understand and acknowledge that when enrolling in a Coursewell program or course, as a Participant (you) enter into a binding agreement with Adaptiva Corp—the owner of Coursewell.com. Accordingly, you or your sponsor your institution Adaptiva Corp (or Coursewell.com), or the Faculty are not liable for disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage of any kind that might arise out of or relate to the contents of any course or program, or the conduct of Faculty.

1.2 As a Participant, when the Participant enrolls in a course or program, the Participant gets access from Adaptiva Corp via Coursewell.com’s Well LMS or Canvas LMS platforms to attend the course or program. Course materials and contents are provided by Coursewell’s Faculty or third parties when applicable to enhance your careers. This does not give the Participant the right to resell or in any way share the course material and contents, including any recordings of any kind, in any manner (including but not limited to sharing account information with a purchaser or illegally downloading the course content and sharing it on file-sharing (such as torrent) sites.

1.3. For the avoidance of doubt, on behalf of the Faculty, Adaptiva Corp grants the Participant an unlimited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and attend the programs associated content for which you, as the Participant, have paid all required tuition, solely for your personal, noncommercial, educational purposes through the services, by these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular course or feature of our services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. In particular, you may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sub-license, or otherwise transfer or use any course unless the Faculty or Adaptiva Corp (Coursewell.com) on the Faculty’s behalf gives you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by an Adaptiva Corp authorized representative or the Faculty.

1.4 Generally the Faculty for the courses and program the Participant has enrolled in determines what course material and content and how long you have access to. However, Adaptiva Corp (Coursewell.com) reserves the right to revoke any access and use at any point in time if we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons, for example, if the course you enrolled in is the object of a copyright complaint, or if we determine its content violates generally accepted moral and ethical standards.

1.5 By using Adaptiva Corp’s Coursewell.com Platforms, you may be exposed to content that the Participant may consider offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Adaptiva Corp has no responsibility to keep such content from the Participant and no liability for your access or enrollment in any course, to the extent permissible under applicable law. This also applies to any courses or programs relating to health, wellness, and physical exercise. The Participant acknowledges the inherent risks and dangers in the strenuous nature of these types of courses or programs or plays, and by enrolling in such courses, you choose to assume those risks voluntarily, including the risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death. You assume full responsibility for the choices you make before, during, and after your enrollment in a course.

2. Payments, Credits, Refunds, Renege Policy

2.1. In General

2.1.1. Unless otherwise provided at the Faculty’s sole discretion, full payments to Adaptiva Corp need to be made before the commencement of the course or program. When the Participant makes a payment, the Participant agrees to use a valid payment method.
2.1.2 If the Participant is unsatisfied with the course or program, it is up to the agreement between the Participant, Faculty, and Adaptiva Corp (Coursewell.com) whether a refund or credit for course purchases will be offered. You agree and acknowledge that such refund remains at the Faculty’s and Adaptiva Corp's sole discretion, and Adaptiva Corp is not responsible for processing such request.
2.1.3 Unless other arrangements are made beforehand, the Participant will need to set up an Ethereum Wallet and Stripe account or bank routing number to use the Adaptiva Corp Platform.

2.2. Pricing

The total course fees (Cost with Sponsorship and $4,000 per participant without sponsorship) are set by Adaptiva Corp under Program on the Adaptiva Corp (Coursewell.com) Platforms & Work-Environments.

2.3. Payments

Adaptiva Corp works with third-party payment processing partners to offer you (or your sponsor) the most convenient payment methods in the World and keep your payment information secure.
